  There are many steps to follow to correct the problem, these are some and if it doesn't work we have other to try, please don't hesitate to ask us any questions.
  
  First, remove the back cover of the TV, clean the mirror and the screen of the TV, if that doesn't change anything, let me know.

  I have open the back cover to clean up the mirror, to re-turn on the TV but
  the picture is same, please advise another possibly method to fix it.

  OK.
  Here are some other possibilities of whats the problem with your TV:
  
  __Your Picture tubes could be dirty.
  __ Focus block could be defective.
  __IC micro jungle (cxa...) could be damage
  __ Low CRT emission ( common problem on green and blue picture tube).
  Do you have some electronic skills?. Can you use a multimeter AC/DC ?.

  kdf-50e3000 lamp it did not change the image on the screen is blink green light plus 30 sec
  I desir could be a problem because you can not stop the green light

  A lot possible solutions around this problem.
  
  *** A thermal fuse ( make self protection TV)
  *** The fan/lamp doesn't work properly .
  *** Color wheel defective.
  *** Power supply IC Regulators ( MCZ series)
  *** Tact switch defective .
  *** Ballast power supply defective.
  I recommended start w/ power supply ,verify main source volts ( standby, Volts to fans, ..more).

  I have sanyo tv..no power..suspect power supply..no schematic..i do appliance repair..also did electronics. Service tech..also do hvac.finished school in 91..servicing tv.etc
